As we reported on yesterday, Tesla sent e-mail invitations to attend a private VIP Factory Tour of its Fremont, California plant, to take place on June 2nd and 3rd. Model S and Model X owners that referred five or more sales through its last referral program will be shuttled to the factory from 5-star Hotel Zetta San Francisco located in the popular Union Square district. Incidentally, this is the location where Tesla is expected to open 3 new Superchargers within blocks of each other by the end of this year.
Invitees and their guests are asked to check-in to the event at 8:30 AM at the factory. Tesla’s VIP Factory Tour is expected to begin shortly after at 9:00 AM. The full itinerary for the upcoming event is as follows:

- 7:30 AM: Shuttle departure from Hotel Zetta San Francisco
- 9:00 AM: Arrival at Tesla Factory
- 9:00 AM: VIP Factory Tour
- 10:30 AM: Exclusive Model 3 viewing
- 12:00 PM: Gourmet lunch
- 1:00 PM: Q&A with Franz von Holzhausen
- 2:00 PM: Shuttle departure from Tesla Factory
- 3:30 PM: Expected arrival in San Francisco
Invitations to the event are non-transferable. Tesla also notes that attendees must arrive with their guests and IDs will be checked. Closed-toe shoes, long pants and sleeved shirts will be required when taking the tour.
Those looking to bring their children on the tour should take note that children must be 48″ tall and over eight years old to participate in the tour.
